HSE&S Governance Manager

HSE&S Governance Manager
Fulltime, the location for this position can be either Amersfoort, Delfzijl, Hengelo or Rotterdam in the Netherlands
Gross annual salary before tax: EUR 60.000 – EUR 100.000

Your challenges 
As HSE&S Governance Manager you take the lead in optimization of our HSE&S systems, reporting and procedures. You support and coach the HSE&S community and site management teams on our 7 production sites. Together with the central QHSE&S competence team and site QHSE&S community you drive the organization towards a commitment-based safety culture.

Have you got what it takes?
To be eligible for this challenging position you bring at least 10 years relevant work experience as HSE&S Specialist in a chemical/industrial location environment, preferably people safety or BRZO related.

Next to this, you:
• Have a bachelor or academic degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science or similar
• Have demonstrable experience in HSE, HSE processes & HSE Governance processes
• Have experience in culture change processes
• Have experience with HSE IM tools
• Have knowledge of management systems 
• Are fluent in English, both verbal as in writing
• Willingness to learn German if needed 
• Have influencing skills
• Are willing to travel 20-40% of your time
