Program Manager

Fulltime, Amersfoort
Monthly salary: EUR 3.850 – EUR 5.500 before tax

Your Challenges and Tasks
As a Program Manager in the Strategy & Transformation Team, you will be responsible for building and keeping overview of our operational excellence portfolio and cross-functional initiatives. You will be in contact with project leads and ensure Nobian has an accurate overview of initiatives (e.g., objectives, timelines, resources, status). Therefore, you are not afraid to challenge project leads. Besides this, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Analyze portfolio of initiatives and report on KPIs – own the data and the dashboards
  • Prepare and organize monthly review sessions for Nobian’ (senior) management –inform the team on the status of the project portfolio and highlight areas where decision making is needed
  • Contribute to initiatives – collect information, conduct analyses or even lead initiatives (e.g., continuous improvement project on a site, project to simplify Nobian’ IT landscape, roll-out of digital tooling, etc.)
  • Play an active role in promoting continuous improvement within Nobian – stay in touch with the various ‘excellence’ and ‘continuous improvement’ colleagues throughout the Nobian organization

Have you got what it takes?
To be eligible for this challenging position, you bring at least 2-5 years relevant work experience as a Program/Project Lead or PMO (preferably in a manufacturing environment). You are a fast learner, communicative, flexible and with a can-do mentality. You have strong influencing, data analysis and reporting/ dashboarding skills (preferably experience with PowerBI). Next to this, you have:

  • A Bachelors qualification, preferable in a ‘technical’ or ‘analytical/ economical’ direction such as Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
  • Experience and a successful track record in managing programs within a diverse stakeholder field
  • Continuous improvement mindset (preferably Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher)

Strategy & Transformation Team 
Our Strategy & Transformation Team is focused on defining and realizing Nobian’s strategic direction. We help drive various cross-functional projects such as continuous improvement projects on sites, a portfolio of energy saving initiatives to help realize our ambitious sustainability agenda, take the lead in M&A and drive the roll-out of our Digital Strategy. In your role you will primarily focus on continuous improvement projects that help us maximize our organizational effectiveness and processes efficiency. Day after day, month after month.
