We offer a wealth of career opportunities and support your personal growth through challenging roles and extensive learning and development options, all within a dynamic, international, diverse and proactive work environment.
Your career path at Nobian is tailored to suit your aspirations. We are willing to support you in your development and facilitate your growth. Whether you aim to advance vertically, horizontally, or explore different departments or locations, we provide opportunities for career progression.
In the Netherlands, an example of a careerpath in production can be as follows:
You start as a third operator with an MBO 3 Vapro B diploma. You can then progress to the position of second operator with an MBO 3 Vapro B/C diploma. After that, you can become a first operator with an MBO 3/4 Vapro B/C diploma. The next step is senior operator with an MBO 4 Vapro C diploma and you then advance to shift coordinator with an MBO 4 Vapro C diploma. After that, you can become production lead and, ultimately, a plant manager.
Depending on the size of our plants and sites, there may be differences in the training required.
We are always on the lookout for driven, enthusiastic colleagues for various roles in our offices and plants, whether it's for a job, internship, or work experience placement.
We offer a variety of internships at different levels such as vocational, bachelor's and master's. In the Netherlands, we are recognized as an official training company for BBL and BOL studies. We provide internship opportunities for students across different departments such as production, maintenance, technology, laboratory, and mining. Our support departments include sales, safety (HSE), procurement, HR, finance, supply chain, and R&D.
Choosing an internship or graduation assignment at Nobian allows you to put theory into practice and develop a wide range of new skills. You can also join the BOOST (youth) network and participate in various organized activities.
